Equipment
Participants should bring their own Shinpan-ki (flags), as well as Shinai and Kendogu.
Practice matches
Although volunteer fighters will be in attendance, some attendees may also be asked to take part in practice matches, depending on numbers and availability.

The BKA Shinpan Seminar is organised by the BKA Kendobu, in conjunction with Kashi no Ki Ken Yu Kai. The seminar will be instructed by Andy Fisher and Miyuki Fisher, who have been invited to lead the session.
This seminar will be followed by a Grading Panel Seminar, also organised by the BKA Kendobu, and led by a separate team of invited instructors. Details of that seminar will be provided separately by the relevant instructors or by the Kendobu.
