8pm – 10pm, Welcome Ji-geiko and shinai check! (beat the queue on Saturday)
Saturday
8am – 9.30am: Shinai check and warm up
9.30am: Opening address and start of Team tournament
9.30 am – 5 pm: Team event pool matches and knock out rounds
~5 pm: Final match and awards ceremony
7pm: Event hall closes for the day
7.30pm: Drinks at a local pub (for those that wish to attend)
Sunday
8am – 9am: Doors open and warm up
9:30am – Women’s Individual Tournament
~ 12pm – Women’s Individual Final
~ 12:15pm – Men’s warmup and Men’s Individual Tournament
~ 4pm: Men’s Individual Final and awards ceremony
4.30pm – 5pm: Goodwill Keiko (if time allows)
6pm: Event hall closes
7pm: Sayonara Party
