The Bizen Osafune Japanese Swords, Centuries of Tradition and Art
Setouchi City, in Okayama Prefecture, is a region with one of the longest and richest histories in sword production.
During this event, the coordinator for international relations of Setouchi City and the master swordsmith Hiroyasu Ando who forges Japanese swords at the Bizen Osafune Japanese Sword Museum will invite you into the world of the Japanese sword.
18 October 2018 – Leeds University Union – Doors open at 18:30 and starts at 19:00.
