Important! There will not be time for participants to leave the venue to find food during the session, or the associated lunch break (Lunch is strictly limited to 30 minutes). It is therefore VITAL that you bring a packed lunch and any drinks that you require.
Training will start promptly at 9:30. Please arrive in ample time so that you are ready to start training at that time.
