- Voting for all elected roles opens on the Week Commencing 7th September 2026
- Voting for Bu elected roles closes on 20th September 2026
- KendoBu, IaidoBu and JodoBu AGMs take place on 3rd October 2026
- KendoBu AGM Start Time: 1:30pm
- IaidoBu AGM Start Time: 11:30am
- JodoBu AGM Start Time: 10:00am
- Voting for NC elected roles closes on 11th October 2026
- The NC AGM takes place on 18th October 2026 at 2:00pm
