30th EKF/FIK European Zone Referee Seminar

The 30th EKF/FIK European Zone Referee Seminar will take place in Brussels Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of February 2022.

There will be ji-geiko sessions, partly in the presence of a ZNKR delegation.

There will be a Kendo examination from 1st to 7th Dan on Sunday 6th February 2022.

The Referee Seminar is organised for Referee Candidates to be proposed for the next European Kendo Championships 2022 in Frankfurt, Germany (27-29 May 2022). Presence at the 2022 Referee Seminar is an obligatory condition for selection as a 2022 EKC Referee.

The maximum number of Referee Candidates is ten (10) per country.

The minimum grade for the Official Referee Candidates is ROKUDAN (6th DAN).

By special exception, 5th dan referees who are former national team members, may also be considered.

The deadline for the application is early December. If interested in attending you must let me know at kendobucho@britishkendoassociation.com by the 3rd of December.
