Please find below a few more information about the Jodo Summer Seminar:

There is an option for ordering a packed lunch (at £4.95) at the summer seminar.

Each packed lunch consists of:
An individually packed sandwich made from a variety of breads (white or wholemeal)
filled with the chef’s choice of fillings (Ham and salad, chicken, tuna or vegetarian option)
A packet of Walkers plain crisps
A bottle of spring water
An individually wrapped cake
An apple or orange

The booking is now available online, until the 20th July (deadline required for the caterer)

Please let Mark Thurman (jodoevents@britishkendoassociation.com) know your filling/bread choices and which day you require a packed lunch..

Please remember to bring a tanjo. The practice is schedule for the Saturday (with Seitei practice for those taking their grading at the end of the day). Keith Rose has a few for sale. You can contact him at jappro@btinternet.com

University of Birmingham Sport & Fitness – Event Car Parking

Car Parks

Visitors to University of Birmingham Sport & Fitness are requested to park in our pay and display car parks:

  1. North East Multi Storey car park (access via Pritchatts Road) Sat Nav Postcode B15 2SA
  2. North Car Park (access via Pritchatts Rd) Sat Nav Postcode B15 2SB
  3. Pritchatts Road Car Park (at the junction with Vincent Drive) Sat Nav Postcode B15 2QU

 

Visitor charges

Monday – Friday 08:30 to 16:30 – parking charges will apply to all University car parks. During these hours, visitors will only be able to access the above car parks; they will not be able to park within the main campus, as this is restricted to permit holders only.

1. Up to 1 hour £2.00
2. 1-3 hours £3.00
3. 3-5 hours £4.00
4. 5-8 hours £6.00
5. Permit holders £1.00

Outside of these times, no charges apply to any University car park or the main campus itself. To access the main campus you will need to quote the event you are attending at the security barriers.

*Please note that the car park adjacent to University of Birmingham Sport & Fitness is a car park for members of the club only. If you wish to park here you will be charged at the rates as displayed on entrance to the car park*
