Budget Meeting at Bowden Taikai on 24th Nov.

There will be a short meeting at the Bowden on 24th November to discuss the bu budget. This was previously discussed at the AGM, the budget papers are still available on the BKA website, however they could not be approved as the AGM was not quorate
