As I’m sure you are aware the Kendo Bu now has no formally elected officers. All three posts were up for election. We were not quorate and could not therefore elect officers or pass a budget.
This is a fairly alarming state of affairs if you think about it.
That said I’m able to continue and Young Park has stepped up as grading officer. There were no takers for the previously co-opted events post but existing arrangements are working and can continue for the moment.
We clearly need an EGM. I think we have to give 60 days notice of this.
I would suggest the weekend of the Lidstone and Mumeishi grading.
